(Chicago, IL) -- Robbie Gould nailed a game-winning 41-yard field goal as time expired as the
Bears rallied to beat the Panthers, 23-22. Tim Jennings had a 25-yard
interception return for a touchdown to help Chicago erase a 12-point fourth
quarter deficit. Jay Cutler ended 19-for-28 for 186 yards with a TD and an
interception for the Bears, who have won five straight to improve to 6-and-1 on
the season. The Bears head to Nashville to face the Titans next week.

(London, England) -- Sam Bradford threw for 205 yards with a touchdown and interception as the Rams were blown out in London yesterday by the Patriots, 45-7. Chris Givens added three catches for
63 yards and a touchdown in defeat. The Rams have lost three straight and enter
the bye week at 3-and-5.

(Champaign, IL) -- Nathan Scheelhaase threw for 176 yards and a touchdown but Illinois lost at Indiana on
Saturday, 31-17. Scheelhaase added a rushing touchdown while Donovonn Young ran
for 124 yards in the loss as the Illini fell to 2-and-6. The Illini travel to
Ohio State on Saturday to face the Buckeyes.

(Evanston, IL) -- Despite a pair of turnovers, Northwestern held off Iowa on Saturday for a 28-17 win. Kain Colter ran for 166 yards and three touchdowns while Venric Mark added 162 yards of his
own in the win. The Wildcats have a week off before facing Michigan on the road
November 10th.
>>Irish Pull Away From Sooners In Norman
(Norman, OK) -- Fifth-ranked Notre Dame pulled away late to grab a
30-19 victory over number-eight Oklahoma. Everett Golson threw for 177 yards
and ran for 64 more with a touchdown for the Fighting Irish, who moved to
8-and-0 for the first time in 10 years. Cierre Wood and Theo Riddick each ran
for 74 yards and a score for the Irish. Notre Dame moved to third in the BCS
and now turns its attention to Saturday's home game against Pittsburgh.

(Chicago, IL) -- The Bulls are set to tip off the regular season on Wednesday night against the
Sacramento Kings. Wednesday's game will tip off at 7:00 p.m. at United Center.
The Bulls wrapped up the preseason on Friday with a win against Indiana to close
the exhibition slate at 5-and-2.
