Some families are angry after several kindergartners were shown the Hillside Police Department jail.

The Sunnyside Elementary students were shown the jail, along with the Village Hall earlier this week. The families say they didn't know the Sunnyside Elementary students would be shown the jail when they visited Village Hall on Monday.
Police say the jail is part of the tour, but promise no kids were locked inside the facility. There is apparently footage of the tour which will be shown to school officials.
