Frontrunner Mitt Romney has some work to do to come out ahead in the March 20th Illinois Primary.  According to a new "Chicago Tribune"/WGN poll, Romney holds the lead with 35-percent of likely Republican voters, but challenger Rick Santorum is right behind him with 31-percent. 

However, voters are still open to persuasion. 46-percent of voters said they could still change their minds before Election Day.
