Rod Blagojevich To Make Public Speech Before Going To Jail

Former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich will defend himself in public one last time next week.

A spokesman says Blagojevich plans to make the statement before he leaves Chicago to begin serving 14 years in a federal prison in Colorado.

Details about the speech are unknown, but he is expected to make it before turning himself in to federal authorities on Thursday.
