37 year old Melinda K. Taylor, of Taylorville, was going west on south street as 71 year old Lawrence E. Ginger of Taylorville, was going east on south street.  Taylor and Ginger sideswiped each other causing damage to both vehicles.  Both vehicles were towed from the scene.  Minor injuries were reported.
