It appears that veteran guard Richard Hamilton will be heading to the Windy City. ESPN.com is reporting that Hamilton is expected to sign with the Bulls today after he clears waivers. The 33-year-old Hamilton was waived on Monday after nine years with the Detroit Pistons. He averaged 14.1 points per game last season, which was the lowest since his rookie season.
