Christian County Court Cases 06/28/19

The following court cases were heard on June 28, 2019.

 

Ashley N. Bain appeared in court.  The motion was approved to modify conditions of her bond to allow for treatment in Indiana.  Pretrial continued August 23.

 

William H. Baker appeared in court.  Pretrial continuance set for August 20th.

 

Justin L. Barnes appeared in court.  Pretrial continuance set for August 8th.

 

Tiffany M. Burke appeared in court.  Pretrial continuance set for August 22nd.

 

Marty L. Crain failed to appear in court.  Notice to appear set for July 25th.

 

Aaron B. Davis appeared in court.  Motion for bond hearing was asked for but not filed.  State objected.  No motion heard. Pretrial set for August 19th with Jury trial set for September 9th.

 

Haley M. Dixon appeared in court.  Defendent waived preliminary hearing, waived arraignment and plead not guilty and demanded trial by jury.  Pretrial continuance set for Aug 9th.

 

Michael R. Dodson appeared in court.  Defendent plead guilty as part of negotiated plea.  70 days in jail with 70 days already served, plus two years probation with fines and fees for 2018CF154 Domestic battery.  Two other charges including 2018CM109 (violating bail bond/family member) and 2018CF117 criminal damage to government property under $500 dollars was dismissed.

 

Yori Duckett appeared in court.  Cases dismissed for 2 charges of criminal damage to property between $500 and 10K.

 

Rachel S. Duncan appeared in court. Pretrial continued for June 28.  

 

Brett S. Durbin appeared in court. Defendant has not met with public attorney. Pretrial set for August 9th. 

 

Cody R. Fringer appeared in court. Pretrial continued for August 20th.

 

Destiney R. Kee appeared in court.  Preliminary hearing waived, arraignment waived, plead not guilty, and demanded trial by jury.  Released on recognizance bond.  Pretrial continued for August 22nd.

 

Tracy J. Kennedy appeared in court.  Pretrial continued for August 26th.

 

Cory A. Skinner appeared in court.  Pretrial continued for September 6th.
