Tina M. Jobe appeared in court today.  Pretrial hearing scheduled for July 22nd.  Jury trial scheduled for August 12th.

Timothy S. Kinsella appeared in court today.  Pretrial hearing scheduled for July 25th.

Ryan P. Ward appeared in court today.  Waives preliminary hearing, waives arraignment, pleads not guilty, and demands trial by jury. Pretrial hearing scheduled for August 8th.

Brandon J. Emery appeared in court today.  Negotiated plea entered.  Emery pleads guilty to counts one and two of aggravated battery, one charge of burglary.  18CF241 and 18CF242.  Sentence imposed must run consecutively to 17CF227 and may be consecutive to 18CF241.  Sentence hearing scheduled for August 8th, 2019.
