Judge Brad Paisley heard the following cases in Christian County Court today:

Dustin J. Benedict of Taylorville appeared in court today.  A continuation set for July 9th.

Kacey D. Burton appeared in custody.  A motion was heard for a bond hearing.  Burton’s motion was denied.  Pretrial still set for June 6th. 

Dylan L. Carroll of Pana plead guilty in court today to a lesser plea agreement.  Carroll will face 4 days in court with 2 days already served.  Carroll will also face 24 months probation.  Carroll will also serve a 15 day sentence starting on June 24th from an incident that happened September 17th, 2016.  He will also pay back fines, and restitution to the Taylorville Police Department. Carroll plead guilty to DUI, damage to government property, and resisting arrest.

Colby D. Coleman appeared in custody today.  Coleman was granted permission to find an private attorney.  His continuance is scheduled for June 21st. 

Brandon A. Durbin of Taylorville appeared in court today.  A has a pretrial scheduled for July 18th.

Jarred L. Lawrence of Pana appeared in custody.  A pretrial is scheduled for June 24th.

Juan C. Sanchez of Taylorville appeared in court today.  A continuation is scheduled for June 6th.

Joseph R. Sparling of Taylorville appeared in court today.  A preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 14th.

Clifford R. Taylor  appeared in custody.  Taylor was granted a furlough for a graduation.  He will be released 5/24 at noon

and has to be back to the jail by 5/25 at noon.  Pretrial scheduled for June 7th.

Alic D. Vandermaiden of Taylorville appeared in court today.  A preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 27th.

Devin L. Worker of Pana appeared in custody. Bond set at $5,000.  Plus preordered bond requirements.  Preliminary hearing is June 14th.
