The following cases were heard in front of Judge Bradley T. Paisley;

Anthony R. Chavez of Taylorville appeared in court today.   Chavez has waived arraignment and pretrial hearing continued to July 18th, 2019.

Jeffrey J. Klein of Pana appeared in court on a petittion to revoke.  Klein asked for time to find and hire an attorney.  Pretrial continuance scheduled for June 18th.

Michael P. Neece of Taylorville appeared in court today.  Neece will waive preliminary hearing, plead not guilty and ask for a trial by jury.  A motion for furlough will be filed.  Pretrial continuance scheduled for June 13th.

Jillian C. Shull appeared in court today.  Shull has compliance date scheduled for July 9th.

Steven E. Tucker appeared in court today.  A pretrial continuance is scheduled for August 15th.

Lester G. Ward appeared in court today.  A June 18 pretrial continuance is scheduled.

Dwight C. WIlliams appeared in court today.  A preliminary hearing set for June 28th.

Tonya C. Fisher appeared in court today.  A preliminary hearing set for July 2nd.  Fisher was released on a $6,000 recognizance bond.  Atty Grigsby appointed.
