Brett M. Bryson of Kincaid appeared in court.  A pretrial continuance has been scheduled for May 13th.

 

Kacey D. Burton of Pana appeared in custody.  A motion for furlough was denied.  A pretrial continuance is scheduled for May 9th.

 

Ryan D. Cantrell of Pana appeared in court.  A Preliminary Hearing is scheduled for June 13th.

 

Aaron C. Davis of Kincaid appeared in court.  A pretrial continuance has been scheduled for June 24th.

 

Trevor A. Durbin appeared in court.  Durbin and counsel waived preliminary hearing and pleads not guilty and demands trial by jury.  A pretrial continuance has been scheduled for June 25.

 

Holly M. Hapner of Taylorville appeared in court.  Pretrial continuance has been scheduled for June 6th.

 

Nathan A. Hapner of Taylorville appeared in court.  Pretrial continuance has been scheduled for June 10th.

 

Matthew L. Harden appeared in court.  Pretrial continuance scheduled for May 31.

 

Sierra S. Hatfill of Assumption appeared in court.  Assigned public defender.  Continuance scheduled for June 11th.

 

Brandi S. Kay of Taylorville appeared in custody.  A pretrial continuance has been scheduled for May 7th unless she's able to get checked into treatment.

 

Sean W. King of Taylorville appeared in court.  By agreement, pretrial hearing continued to May 16, 2019. Parties to staff the prime solving Court referral on May 15.

 

Daniel E. Osborn appeared in court.  Osborn and counsel waive preliminary hearing and pleads not guilty and demands trial by jury.  A pretrial continuance has been scheduled for June 27th.

 

Justin L. Price of Taylorville failed to appear.  A FTA warrant filed with a bond of $10,000 set.

 

Alyshia Rightnowar of Kincaid failed to appear, believed to be in treatment.  Status hearing scheduled for June 4th.

 

Aron C. Strunk of Morrisonville appeared in court.  Strunk and counsel waive preliminary hearing and pleads not guilty and demands trial by jury.  A pretrial continuance has been scheduled for June 25th.

 

Lucas Wise of Taylorville appeared in court.  Assigned public defender.  Continuance scheduled for June 25th.
