15CF102 - Kane E. Passini - Criminal Damage to Property Between $300 and $10,000, Domestic Battery, and Criminal Damage to Property Less Than $300 - Petition to Revoke / First Appearance. Probation extended to pay off money owed to court, and new payment order is set. Next court date scheduled for January 17 at 9 a.m.

15CF136 - Howard C. Buoy - Criminal Damage to Property Between $300 and $10,000. Petition to Revoke / Pre-trial. Also a traffic charge. Waiting on outcome in a Shelby County pending case. Next court date scheduled for October 16 at 10 a.m.

17CF090 - Brett L. Peters - Burglary - Pre-trial. State has made an offer to defendant. Pre-trial continued until October 31 at 10 a.m.

17CF114 - Mackenzie J. Brion - Possession of a Controlled Substance and Ingesting Toluol / Acetone, etc. - Preliminary Hearing. Preliminary hearing is waived. Formal arraignment is waived, defense enters plea of not guilty, requests pre-trial only. Next pre-trial scheduled for November 3 at 10 a.m.

17CF121 - Alissa F. Long - Possession of Meth Less Than 5 Grams, Possession of Syringe, Needles, etc., and Obstructing Justice / Destroying Evidence - Bond Forfeiture. Defendant is present. Warrant is quashed. Bond forfeiture continued until October 17 at 10 a.m.

17CM124 - Christopher J. Johnson - Resisting a Peace Officer - First Appearance. Defendant will have a hearing in another case on October 3 at 9 a.m. This matter continued until that date.

17CM125 - Aaron C. Davis - Violating a Protection Order - First Appearance. Charge read to defendant. Public Defender appointed. First appearance with counsel scheduled for October 31 at 10 a.m.
