Christian County Court Cases 9/21/17

These are the results of the following court cases heard in the Christian County Court on Thursday, September 21st:

 

13CF208 - Tanya K. Mansfield - Manufacturing/Delivery of Cannabis Between 10 and 30 Grams and Narcotics Possession - Petition to Revoke / Pre-trial. State has made an offer. Offer will be good until next court appearance September 22 at 10 a.m.

 

16CF067 - Emily R. Redfern - Possession of Meth Less Than 5 Grams - Petition to Revoke / Pre-trial. Two sides are looking to discuss a resolution to the petition. Next court date scheduled for October 30 at 10 a.m.

 

17CF139 - Amanda G. Mollet - Possession of Meth Less Than 5 Grams - Pre-trial. Also 17CF125 - Meth Delivery Less Than 5 Grams. Pre-trial continued until November 16 at 10 a.m.

 

17CF182 - Melinda D. Kraut - Possession of Meth Less Than 5 Grams and DUI - Preliminary Hearing. Preliminary hearing is waived, waived formal arraignment and entered plea of not guilty. Jury trial set for January 29, 2018 and pre-trial set for January 23 at 10 a.m.

 

17CF190 - Markes N. Rodgers - Attempted Murder - Motion to Reduce Bail. Defendant testifies on his own behalf. Bond reduction is denied. Preliminary hearing already scheduled for October 3 at 10 a.m.

 

17CF194 - Larry L. Scott - Attempted Murder - Motion to Reduce Bail and Status Hearing. Defense counsel advised defendant of potential conflict last night. Defendant wants to keep him on case and would waive conflict of interest. But whether the conflict can be waived or not is not known yet. Status hearing set for September 29 at 10 a.m., preliminary hearing remains scheduled for October 3 at 10 a.m.

 

2017CF136 - Jesse W. Demascal - Criminal Damage to Property Between $500 and $10,000 and Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon - First appearance. Also 17CM073 - Criminal Damage to Property Less Than $300. Charges were read. Next court date scheduled for October 31 at 10 a.m.

 

17CF203 - Scott Patnode - DUI - First Appearance. Charge was read to defendant. Preliminary hearing set for October 24 at 10 a.m.
