17CM109 - Aaron J. Jackson - Domestic Battery - First Appearance with Counsel. The case is dismissed.

17CF085 - Tracy J. Kennedy - Possession of a Controlled Substance - Pre-trial. Also 17CL045 - Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - Clerk review. Defendant not present. Notice to appear will be sent. Next pre-trial scheduled for August 31 at 10 a.m.

17CF139 - Amanda G. Mollet - Possession of Meth Less Than 5 Grams - Preliminary Hearing. Also 17CF125 - Meth Delivery Less Than 5 Grams. Preliminary hearing is waived in both cases. Formal arraignment is waived, pre-trial only requested in both cases. Defense counsel has put in a bond reduction motion, 3-day notice waived by state. Defendant testifies on her own behalf. Defense asks for furlough for drug treatment, and a recognizance bond. Recognizance bond is denied. Furlough for drug treatment is denied at this time because of no bed space. Pre-trial scheduled for September 21 at 10 a.m.

17CF169 - Joseph K. Ruyle - Criminal Trespassing to Residence with Person Present and Battery - First Appearance. Charges were read. Public defender is appointed. Probable cause statement was given. Recognizance bond of $5,000 set. Next court appearance scheduled for September 18th at 10 a.m.
