These are the results of the following court cases heard in the Christian County Court on Tuesday, July 25th:

17CF027 - Noah L. Allen - Meth Delivery Between 5 and 15 Grams - Pre-trial. Also a conservation charge. Federal and state will prosecute this case, so defense asks for more time to prepare. Pre-trial set for August 22 at 10 a.m.

17CF032 - Zachary T. Bland - Manufacturing/Delivering Cannabis Between 2,000 and 5,000 Grams - Pre-trial. Also 15CF178 - Manufacturing/Delivering Cannabis Between 10 and 30 Grams. Defense counsel looking to meet with state’s attorney to see if an offer will be made. Pre-trial set for August 22 at 10 a.m.

15CF136 - Howard C. Buoy - Criminal Damage to Property Between $300 and $10,000 - Petition to Revoke / Pre-trial. Also a traffic charge. Next pre-trial set for August 4 at 10 a.m.

17CF139 - Amanda Mollet - Possession of Meth Less Than 5 Grams - First appearance with Counsel. Also 17CF125 - Meth Delivery Less Than 5 Grams. Preliminary hearing for 17CF125 set for August 10 at 10 a.m.

17CF037 - Nathan E. Pinnell - Producing Between 5 and 20 Cannabis Plants - Pre-trial. Looking to work out a plea. Next pre-trial set for August 11 at 10 a.m.

17CF126 - Jenna Sparling - Criminal Damage to Property Between $300 and $10,000 -  First Appearance with Counsel. Motion for Bond Reduction withdrawn. Preliminary Hearing set for September 15 at 10 a.m,

17CM004 - Shane R. Trudeau - 2 counts of Domestic Battery - Pre-trial. New charge filed, 17CF144 - Criminal Trespassing with Persons Present. Charge was read. Public defender was appointed on new charge. Preliminary hearing set for August 4 at 10 a.m on new charge to coincide with court date on other case.

15CF031 - Steven E. Tucker - 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance - Sentencing hearing. Tucker will be sentenced to two years probation.
