17CF123 - Dylan L. Carroll - Aggravated Battery - Appearance with Counsel and Bond Hearing. Also 16CF204 - Criminal Damage to Government Property Less Than $500, 16CF091 - Threatening a Public Official and Resisting a Peace Officer, and three traffic charges. Bond currently set at $100,000, and defense requested bond to be reduced to $15,000. Bond reduction motion is denied. Preliminary hearing for 17CF123 set for August 3rd at 10 a.m.

17CF133 - Nicholas Abbott - Possession of Methamphetamine Less Than 5 Grams - First Appearance. Charge was read to defendant. Probable cause was given. Bond set at $10,000. Public defender appointed. Preliminary hearing scheduled for August 21st at 10 a.m.
