These are the results of the following court cases heard in the Christian County Court on Monday, July 10th:

17CF068 - Samantha J. Abbott - Possession of Meth Less Than 5 Grams - Pre-trial. She is considering state’s offer. Next pre-trial scheduled for August 7th at 10 a.m.

17CM066 - Christopher R. T. Ager - Domestic Battery and Interfering With Reporting Domestic Violence - First Appearance with Counsel. Formal arraignment is waived and not guilty plea entered. Pre-trial scheduled for August 7th at 10 a.m.

17CF081 - Deven A. Barger - Felony Possession/Use of a Firearm - Negotiated plea. Also 17CF047 - Aggravated Fleeing and multiple traffic counts. Plea is reached. He will plead guilty to Firearm Possession count. He will serve four years in prison for this count. He will plead guilty to the Aggravated Fleeing as well, with a concurrent four year sentence in prison for that count. All traffic counts will be dismissed.

17CF093 - Troy L. Cota - Domestic Battery with a Prior - Preliminary Hearing. Preliminary hearing is waived. Formal arraignment is waived. Trial by jury requested. Jury trial set for November 6th at 8:30 a.m. Pre-trial scheduled for October 23rd at 10 a.m.

17CM032 - Wade S. Dailey - Battery - Plea. Both sides anticipate plea being ready soon. Next appearance scheduled for July 24th at 10 a.m.

16CF009 - Keri C. Ellis - Retail Theft Less Than $300 - Pre-trial. Negotiated plea is reached. Defendant will serve 180 days in jail and one year of probation. Next court date scheduled for October 4th at 9 a.m.
