16CF164 - Patrick A. Acree - Attempting to Disarm a Police Officer and Failure to Report an Accident - Pre-trial. He’s in Macon County jail. Asked for continuance, next court date set for June 15 at 10 a.m.

17CF027 - Noah L. Allen - Meth delivery between 5 and 15 grams - Pre-trial. Both sides are looking to agree to a plea. No trial date set, but next pre-trial scheduled for June 29 at 10 a.m.

17CM003 - Timothy L. Madsen - Criminal Trespassing to Vehicles - Counsel only status hearing. Next court date set for June 2 at 10 a.m.

16CF200 - Bradley D. Merritt - Meth Manufacturing between 100 and 400 grams - Pre-trial. Jury trial set for July 17 at 8:30. Next pre-trial set for June 29 at 10 a.m.

17CF098 - Paul E. Allen - Was read new charges: Criminal Damage to Property between $300 and $10,000 and Domestic Battery. Bond is set at $30,000. Will talk to the state about working out the case. Next court case set for June 2 at 10 a.m.

17CF072 - Hoy D. Copelin - Bad Checks Charge - First reading of charge. Missed scheduled appearance on May 25th. Next appearance set for June 1 at 10 a.m.

17CM064 - Kiersten Babb -  Battery - First Appearance - Charges were read. Next court date set for June 22 at 10 a.m.
