These are the results of the following court cases heard in the Christian County Court on Thursday, May 25th:

17CF007 - Stephanie M. Couty - Aggravated DUI / License Suspended or Revoked - Negotiated plea. She will plead guilty to DUI and another traffic charge. All other traffic charges will be dismissed. She will serve 120 days in the Christian County jail and be put on two years probation.

16CF085 - Michael L. Droke - 3 Narcotics Possession Charges - Pre-trial. Also 17CF083 - Meth Delivery less than 5 grams. Negotiated Plea. Case was continued for a short time as a new charge to plead to was written up. Will plead guilty in 16CF085, a new count filed in open court of delivering a substance with less than 5 grams of meth. Sentence will be to serve 7 years in prison, followed by 2 years of mandatory supervised release.

17CF075 - Jacob J. Graham - Aggravated Battery in a Public Place - First appearance with counsel. Preliminary hearing scheduled for July 13th at 10 a.m.
