16CF159 - Robert D. Peterson - Driving Recklessly / Suspicion of DUI. Pre-trial moved to May 19th.

17CF002 - Treylon L. Fuller - Possession of Stolen Firearm and Dealing Cannabis (30-500 grams). Preliminary Hearing waived. Not guilty plea entered. Arraignment waived. Jury trial scheduled for July 17th at 8:30 a.m. Pre-trial scheduled for June 12th at 10 a.m.

17CM045 - Gary A Lyerla - Theft of services. Requests to have time to speak with state’s attorney. Next appearance is June 2nd at 10 a.m.

17CF018 - Kevin M. Rensman - Aggravated Battery and Protection Order Violation. Seeking additional pre-trial before trial date, set for May 18th at 10 a.m.

17CF078 - Michael A. Blake - Domestic Battery - Preliminary hearing scheduled for May 18th at 10 a.m. Bond reduction hearing scheduled for May 4th vacated.

17CF077 - Donald R.  Felton - Possession of Meth (less than five grams). Bond Reduction hearing. Defendant asked for reduction of bond from $50,000 to $25,000. Bond reduced to $35,000. Preliminary hearing scheduled for May 18th. Court order to allow Felton to seek treatment outside of the state.

17CF079 - Ryan D. Nance - Aggravated Robbery and Domestic Battery. Preliminary hearing set for May 18th at 10 a.m. Next appearance set for May 4th at 10 a.m. for a bond reduction hearing.

17CM050 - Shiloh K. Thomas - Domestic Battery. Pre-trial remains for May 8th at 10 a.m.
