These are the results of the following court cases heard on Friday, February 3rd, at the Christian County Courthouse.

17CF005 - Kody Campbell - Prelim Hearing - Defense is attempting to get defendant into rehab. Moves to continue the prelim hearing and will waive 30 day period. Matter set for further status on February 24th.

17CF018 - Rensman, Kevin M - Motion on Bail Reduction - Defense has spoken to state and an agreement may be made once state speaks with victim in case. Defense moves to continue the case. Matter set for February 7th for further hearing on bond reduction.

16CF224 - Rickman, Destiny R - PreTrial - Defendant fails to appear in court. Judge previously represented defendant, and could not issue a warrant should the state ask for one. State does ask for warrant, and matter will be passed to another judge’s courtroom.

17CF017 - Westerfield, Joshua A - Appearance with Counsel - Defense requests prelim hearing. Defense will also file motions on bond reduction before then. Prelim hearing granted. Next court date February 7th.
