16CF162 - McKinnon, Angela - Motion Hearing - Defense has filed motion for furlough for inpatient treatment. Defense argues that Defendant has admitted being an addict. No family outside of Christian County and doesn’t pose a flight risk. Argues that the earlier the court can help the defendant with treatment, the better. Asks to be released if and when treatment becomes available. State wishes to hold sentencing hearing before any other matters are discussed. Motion denied due to tight timeframe until sentencing. Says matters will be addressed at sentencing. Set for January 26th.
