07CF012 - Blake, Michael A - First Appearance - Defendant owes money on a previous case. Says how he got his court dates mixed up and payed the most recent payment.

16CF192 - Cooper, Nathan L - PreTrial - Defense moves to continue pretrial and jury trials. Set for pretrial on November 28th.

15CF061 - Johnston, Brodan S - PreTrial - Defense has filed motion to reduce sentence. Says the wrong amounts of time may have been added to sentence. Court will review and change it if necessary.

16CF181 - Pugsley, Cody M - PreTrial - Defense moved to continue jury and pretrial to January jury trial settings. Jury continued to January 30th. Pretrial set for January 5th.

16CF165 - Reiss, Chad M - PreTrial - Defense has received copies of search warrant and other details of the case. Hasn’t had a chance to review. Asked for continuance. Set for December 5th for Jury Trial. November 28th for pretrial.

14CF120 - Sloan, Brett M - Status - Defense has task evaluation scheduled for tomorrow. Asked for case to be continued for 30 days. Set for status November 28th.

16CF063 - Sloan, Brett M - Status - Defense has task evaluation scheduled for tomorrow. Asked for case to be continued for 30 days. Set for November 28th. Defendant also requested permission to start seeking rehab options.

16CF216 - Pitsch, Lance - First Appearance - State has filed three counts against defendant. First count is for a DUI charge. State further alleges that due to that DUI, it resulted in a motor vehicle accident that resulted in a death. Count 2 is another DUI charge with the same penalties as count 1. Count 3 is a reckless homicide charge of an unborn child. Probable cause was found over weekend with bond set at $500,000. Defense will not be able to post bail, but would like to hire his own attorney. Set for further pretrial on October 31st.
