Mother of child who filed motion said that she wished for her daughter to see her dad in jail. Defense said how he’s anxious to see his child. Child and mother present when matter occurred but are not victims in case. Stated how the reason the parties are protected are due to the child being thrown onto a couch during the incident. Court modifies pretrial release to allow the mother and child to see defendant in jail, but places court order to not allow parties to discuss case during visits. December 5th date for Jury trial and November 22nd date for further pretrial.
