13CF125 - McKenna, Kevin J. - Plea - Both parties agree that he is sentenced to one year in IL DOC and one year of mandatory supervised release. Day to day sentence.

16CF040 - Shuster, John M. - First Appearance - Defendant FTA. Warrant issued for Christian and surrounding counties. Bond set at $20,000.

15CF221 - Turvey, Gary E. - Pre-trial - 402 Conference with Judge Paisley set for Feb. 26 at 11 a.m.

16CF054 - Pugsley, -- First Appearance with counsel set for Feb 26 at 10 a.m.

16CF055 - Johnson, Jerad A. - Defense requests prelim hearing. It’s set for March 15 at 10 a.m. Bond reduction motion to be held on Feb. 26 at 10 a.m.

15CF169 - Droke, David - Negotiated disposition presented to the court. Plead guilty to Count 1 Aggravated Battery, a Class 3 felony. Sentenced to three years in the IL DOC, followed by one year of mandatory supervised release. Will run concurrent with 13CF237.
