Clinton Area Ministerial Association will be sponsoring a Hymn Festival in Celebration of the 500th Anniversary of the Protestant Reformation. This event will be held at 3 PM, Sunday, August 20, 2017 at the Clinton Presbyterian Church – 402 N. Center St., Clinton, IL. Participants can celebrate and sing hymns that helped move the Reformation forward. Ministers from CAMA will be featured speakers and present history and scripture about the hymns. The festival will be dedicated to Mrs. Dixie Montgomery in honor and recognition of her contribution to church music for 60 years. A free will offering will be collected and donated to CAMA’s Relief Fund which assists those in need in DeWitt county in a variety of areas. A reception sponsored by Clinton Presbyterian Church will follow the festival.
