THE CHRISTIAN COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT REPORTS THE FOLLOWING ARRESTS:
Abigale A. House, 24, of 2100 Grand Blvd. B Taylorville, was arrested on an original arrest warrant on March 19 for possession of cannabis.
Dalton L. Spracklen, 21, of 411 N. Clay Pana, was arrested on March 19 for operating a vehicle with no insurance.
On March 10, a Christian County Sheriff's Deputy was dispatched to a single vehicle crash with unknown injuries at County Road 1 at approximately 200 North. Deputy arrived on the scene and determined the vehicle to be unoccupied based on his observations, the vehicle was traveling south on County Road 1 when it went off onto the shoulder to the right(west) and off the roadway. The vehicle traveled approximately 200 ft and came to rest in the filed to the right (west) of County Road 1.
THE TAYLORVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORTS THE FOLLOWING:
While a Taylorville Police Officer was on patrol he observed a red vehicle at the intersection of East Franklin and Paw Paw Street. He knew the driver had a revoked license. He stopped the vehicle in the rear of a residence in the 800 block of East Franklin Street. The driver, Michael Chad Sexson, 38, of Taylorville was arrested for driving on a revoked license. Sexson was released on a notice to appear.
On March 18, at 3:02 p. a Talorville Police Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a IVC violation. Subsequent to the stop, Truman J. Seago, 49, of Rockford, IL was arrested for a Montgomery warrant.
Taylorville Police, who were conducting a drug investigation Monday, arrested two suspects who allegedly tried to destroy their clandestine drug lab. The bust, which occured in the 700 block of N. Chesnut, brought the arrests of 2 Taylorville residents: 32-year-old Chay J Anthony and 45-year-old Ryan A. Kauzlarich. They were taken into custody on charges of unlawful participation in meth manufacture.
